Why Smart? Because it trains glutes through 3 Planes. Our body can anatomically move in three planes : side -to-side, front & back, or rotationally, respectively, therefore to train them effectively, we work them through natural planes.

I wasnt sure it was gonna hurt wheb I started but after it I can say its very good workout, I feel my glutes sore in a good way haha thank you!

Very nice, hip bridges are hard!!

With practice it'll gradually get easier! Keep at it!
