Daily Nourishing Meals• Breakfast at the hotel• Lunch at Vent — our wellness hub with Real Foods Café serving fresh, energizing meals created for women’s health. Full Training Program Strength, mobility, conditioning, and recovery sessions — all designed through the SheMoves method and led by Marina. Activities & Adventures Paddle boarding on the lagoon, padel games, and fun movement experiences throughout El Gouna. Spa, Sauna & Cold Plunge Access Enjoy Vent’s recovery zone with sauna heat therapy, invigorating cold plunge sessions, and guided recovery rituals to reset your nervous system and recharge your energy.

Day 1 May 25 | Arrival & Welcome

Day 2 – Friday, May 26 | Kickoff & First

Day 3 – Saturday, May 27 | Foundations

  • Morning Reset:  9-10 am Pool swimming drills (technique
    focus) with a swimming coach
  • 10.30-11.30 Longevity Class with Marina
  • Fuel Your Hormones Brunch & Workshop
  • Free Midday
  • Sunset Paddle Boarding around El Gouna

Day 4 – Sunday , May 28 | Mobility & Strength

  • 8.30- 9.30 am: Diaphragmatic Breathing Breathing. Posture. Core Control Class/Workshop
  • Breakfast like a Woman
  • Beach Hangout
  • Sunset workout ending at the El Gouna tower. Breathtaking views!
  • Farewell Soul Dance Class and a dinner together.

Day 5 – Monday, May 29 | Departure Day

About the coach  

I, Marina, better known as SheMoves Trainer is organizing this retreat. I am a certified trainer, nutritionist, a mom, passionate about women’s health and wellbeing. I think movement is a therapy, the more when it’s done on vacation. I am inviting you to El Gouna, Egypt, which is my home for the past 10 years. It’s a beautiful coastal town, located 30 min away from airport Hurghada. El Gouna, more known as Egyptian Venice,  an enchanting destination that invites you to discover and connect with the awe-inspiring Red Sea. This exclusive, laid-back town promises convenient seaside living in an exclusive, self-contained community.

FAQs

There is no organized group transfer, but we will provide all necessary directions to the location. As well as you can request a car pick up from the airport.

A 30% refund is possible if cancelation is made not later than 14 days prior to the event.

No fitness level is required, anyone can enjoy the SheMoves Holiday. A trainer is always there to help you modify when needed.
