Created and guided by Marina, Women’s Fitness Specialist, Nutritionist & Lifestyle Adviser, this experience is designed to help women reconnect with movement, strength, energy, and themselves.

You won’t leave with a quick fix or short-lived motivation. You’ll leave with a clear understanding of how to train, eat, and care for your body long-term — in a way that feels realistic, sustainable, and deeply aligned with female physiology.

Throughout the Reset, we’ll explore the pillars of longevity and feeling good in your body:

• Strength training & proper lifting techniques
• Swimming, walking, running & functional conditioning
• Mobility, posture, balance & deep core connection
• Breathing practices & nervous system regulation
• Recovery rituals: sauna, cold plunge & mindful rest
• Nourishing meals, meaningful conversations & time in nature

Day 1 | Thursday, November 5

Arrival & Welcome

• Individual arrivals & hotel check-in
• One-to-one welcome meetings with Marina to discuss goals, expectations, and personalize your Reset experience
• Relaxed gathering and getting to know each other (depending on arrival times)

Day 2 | Friday, November 6

Kickoff & First Strength Session

9:30 AM – Welcome Circle at The Vent
Introduction to The Reset Method, program philosophy & what to expect over the coming days.

10:30 AM – Women’s Strength Class with Marina
Our first Reset workout focused on building strength with confidence and proper technique.

Recovery at The Vent: sauna & cold plunge.

Free evening.

Day 3 | Saturday, November 7

Foundations

9:00–10:00 AM – Pool Swimming Session
Technique-focused swimming drills with a coach to improve confidence, efficiency, and enjoyment in the water.

10:30–11:30 AM – Longevity Training Class with Marina
A signature class focused on moving well for life: strength, mobility, posture, and longevity.

Midday – Fuel Your Hormones Brunch & Workshop

Free afternoon to rest, explore, or enjoy the sea.

Sunset – Paddle Boarding Around El Gouna

Mobility, Strength & Celebration

8:30–9:30 AM – Breathing, Posture & Deep Core Workshop
A session focused on diaphragmatic breathing, posture, nervous system regulation, and reconnecting with your core.

Late Morning – Breakfast Like a Woman Beach Hangout

Sunset Workout – Movement Session at El Gouna Tower

About the coach  

I, Marina, better known as SheMoves Trainer is organizing this retreat. I am a certified trainer, nutritionist, a mom, passionate about women’s health and wellbeing. I think movement is a therapy, the more when it’s done on vacation. I am inviting you to El Gouna, Egypt, which is my home for the past 10 years. It’s a beautiful coastal town, located 30 min away from airport Hurghada. El Gouna, more known as Egyptian Venice,  an enchanting destination that invites you to discover and connect with the awe-inspiring Red Sea. This exclusive, laid-back town promises convenient seaside living in an exclusive, self-contained community.

FAQs

There is no organized group transfer, but we will provide all necessary directions to the location. As well as you can request a car pick up from the airport.

A 30% refund is possible if cancelation is made not later than 14 days prior to the event.

No fitness level is required, anyone can enjoy the SheMoves Holiday. A trainer is always there to help you modify when needed.
