Smart Glutes Training #66
Why Smart? Because it trains glutes through 3 Planes. Our body can anatomically move in three planes : side -to-side, front & back, or rotationally, respectively, therefore to train them effectively, we work them through natural planes.
Equipment needed: a kettlebell or any weight alternative to it.
I love it, it mekes me progres in something I still can not do.
