Smart Glutes Training #9

Why Smart? Because it trains glutes through 3 Planes. Our body can anatomically move in three planes : side -to-side, front & back, or rotationally, respectively, therefore to train them effectively, we work them through natural planes.

 

Equipment used: a dumbbell/ktlbl or a water bottle and a mini resistance band.

Great class! Today I really noticed how much my balance has improved since I first joined the club. Balancing on my right leg is always more challenging than the left but I noticed less falling out of the move as I focus on pressing my big toe into the mat. Thank you as always for the helpful queues. These workouts make me so happy - I really look forward to them every day!
