Smart Glutes Training #16
Why Smart? Because it trains glutes through 3 Planes. Our body can anatomically move in three planes : side -to-side, front & back, or rotationally, respectively, therefore to train them effectively, we work them through natural planes.
Strong for me to stand up without using my hands but ... I'll be here trying to manage!Thank you!!
