Smart Glutes Training #55

Why Smart? Because it trains glutes through 3 Planes. Our body can anatomically move in three planes : side -to-side, front & back, or rotationally, respectively, therefore to train them effectively, we work them through natural planes.

*Equipment needed: a resistance band and any type of weight you've got. A kettlebell, or dumbbell. You can always replace this with a water bottle or rucksack filled with grains.

Spicy!! Lots of balancing. Made me feel like a pro lol it seems effortless but it definitely makes you break a sweat!!

This wasnt too bad at the time but my glutes hurt yesterday and they still ache today!

Hi Claire! Sorry for that, whenever you're muscles are sore after workout, try to move and not to skip a class. This always helps with soreness
