Smart Glutes Training #51
Why Smart? Because it trains glutes through 3 Planes. Our body can anatomically move in three planes : side -to-side, front & back, or rotationally, respectively, therefore to train them effectively, we work them through natural planes.
Equipment needed: a dumbbell and a mini band, preferably medium to strong resistance.
