Smart Glutes Training #48

Why Smart? Because it trains glutes through 3 Planes. Our body can anatomically move in three planes : side -to-side, front & back, or rotationally, respectively, therefore to train them effectively, we work them through natural planes.

Equipment needed: a kettlebell and a step or alternatives.

Love your workouts! Been doing them regularly since January. Would love a bit of added spice. I have added slightly heavier weight but open to any additional recommendations. Thank you

Hi Laura! Great adjustments, keep it up! To spice up your training some more, add to your weekly schedule one of the challenges. This way 3 times per week, you'll be doing two work outs per day.
