Smart Glutes Training #45
Why Smart? Because it trains glutes through 3 Planes. Our body can anatomically move in three planes : side -to-side, front & back, or rotationally, respectively, therefore to train them effectively, we work them through natural planes.
*No equipment needed, however if you feel like adding, go ahead and grab your favorite weights!
It always amazes me how many different exercises you put into 30min. 30min well spent!
