Smart Glutes Training #45

Why Smart? Because it trains glutes through 3 Planes. Our body can anatomically move in three planes : side -to-side, front & back, or rotationally, respectively, therefore to train them effectively, we work them through natural planes. 

*No equipment needed, however if you feel like adding, go ahead and grab your favorite weights!

It always amazes me how many different exercises you put into 30min. 30min well spent!

Thank you, Hermien! I try to make the most of the 30 minutes, so we feel satisified after the workout, but also accessible to people who don't have a whole hour to spare!
