Smart Glutes Training #44
Why Smart? Because it trains glutes through 3 Planes. Our body can anatomically move in three planes : side -to-side, front & back, or rotationally, respectively, therefore to train them effectively, we work them through natural planes.
The triple clap balance movement was awesome. I can’t wait to demonstrate it to my children and have them try it as well.
