Why Smart? Because it trains glutes through 3 Planes. Our body can anatomically move in three planes : side -to-side, front & back, or rotationally, respectively, therefore to train them effectively, we work them through natural planes.

Sadly got stuck at squats as my knees just didn’t like it so will have to revisit after some more strengthening or maybe some variations if you can suggest something for the walkouts to and from plank

Sorry to hear about that, Emma. Give yourself time and just do you! It's always better to slow down, make less, until you get stronger and can go faster! Try doing these workouts whenever you get the chance!

This was a humbling workout session. First workout back after 6 weeks off because of 3 sick kids and holiday madness. I feel like I’m starting all over again after showing up consistently for months. Realizing the importance of daily movement even if there is chaos and sickness. Felt good to finish this one 🙂

That plank to suqat, squat to plank was a real killer .. that's no moderate class 🤣🤣🤣

i mean, the intensity is moderate, but some exercises are not:)but most important, you've enjoyed it!
