Smart Glutes Training #36

Why Smart? Because it trains glutes through 3 Planes. Our body can anatomically move in three planes : side -to-side, front & back, or rotationally, respectively, therefore to train them effectively, we work them through natural planes.

 

Equipment needed: a resistance band and a dumbbell/ kettlebell or any weights alternative.
