Smart Glutes Training #31
Why Smart? Because it trains glutes through 3 Planes. Our body can anatomically move in three planes : side -to-side, front & back, or rotationally, respectively, therefore to train them effectively, we work them through natural planes.
Great workout! This one really kicks your butt, haha 🤣 Yhe standing moves on the books really challenge balance, which I really love working on.

Another great workout! I have been doing your workout at least 3 times per and I have noticed improvements in my balance, flexibility and strength. Proof of change was experienced during my painting project at home. I moved up and down from the floor, up and down an 18ft ladder, and had to reach far corners to paint and I sailed through it all!! Thank you!!
