Smart Glutes Training #3

Why Smart? Because it trains glutes through 3 Planes. Our body can anatomically move in three planes : side -to-side, front & back, or rotationally, respectively, therefore to train them effectively, we work them through natural planes.

Equipment needed: resistance bands

Any tips for how to keep the knee band from rolling up (then popping off)? Mine were cheap and are slick - do I just need better quality?
