Why Smart? Because it trains glutes through 3 Planes. Our body can anatomically move in three planes : side -to-side, front & back, or rotationally, respectively, therefore to train them effectively, we work them through natural planes.

S.W. Any tips for how to keep the knee band from rolling up (then popping off)? Mine were cheap and are slick - do I just need better quality?
