Smart Glutes Training #15

Why Smart? Because it trains glutes through 3 Planes. Our body can anatomically move in three planes : side -to-side, front & back, or rotationally, respectively, therefore to train them effectively, we work them through natural planes.

Equipment used: a small squishy ball, can be replaced with a pillow.
