The key to fixing poor posture is both strengthening and stretching the muscles in the upper back, chest, and core. And this workout is all about it.
I struggled with the v sit at the end but the upper body mobility was great. I thought it was going to be easy but again, it was deceptive.

Difficult towards the end for me to get through the core workout, but I feel amazing overall after😊 will definitely come back to this one:)
