The key to fixing poor posture is both strengthening and stretching the muscles in the upper back, chest, and core. And this workout is all about it.

Equipment needed: a stick or a long scarf(a broom stick will work).

Really great work out, altgough with lipoedema the last exercises on the ground are hurting a little bit too much on the hips ... but I keep going...:)
