Great class! Loving all the twists. I had some trouble with the exercise when we went from sitting on the side, knees bent, through the middle, and then to the other side. Any tips for how to open up my hips more for that?
Hi Jillian, we'll get there! Remember to do this movement more often, and eventually your hips will open up. Practice makes perfect!
