Posture/ Upper Body #1
The key to fixing poor posture is strengthening and stretching the muscles in the upper back, chest, and core. And this workout is all about it.
Equipment needed: a broom
I used a 3kg weight which was a bit too heavy for the tricep & plank combo...but a very good class, thanks!
Remember to listen to your body first, Hermien. Hopefully soon you will be able to use the 3 kg weight with ease!
