Yes, technique is most important! Eventually when we get the technique down, then we can increase the reps, but remember to listen to your body most of all!
Great ! Didn’t find it too challenging (I only had 4kg tho), actually I felt much more powerful and energetic from round 3-4. Made me feel strong, thanks
