Really, really loved this one. Was challenging at times, but very doable and left me feeling strong and amazing. Those biceps curls in a squat position, tho — oh, Marina Marina :D Thank you, as usually!

Those are definitely tough, Olga, but you got through it!! and I hope you were feeling pleasantly sore and stronger after. One day at a time!
