Did this directly after the hiit workout and was such a great way to cooldown and stretch. Idea: I would love for you to go over some of the ways one can modify the zigzag seated position to get the sit bones to have more contact with the ground. Like what are some progressions that will help so it will be easier to sit in this position ? 🙏 😊💪
amazing!perfect choice!for zigzag modifications- try sitting on a higher surface, like a yoga block or a pillow.
