Such a great one, as always! Never been disappointed and actually look forward to the movements of the day. Started this year so consistent, took a few months break (Oct-Nov... all the while using the functional movements in daily life scenarios) and hopped back in this week. Feels like I never stopped since the movements I learned from you have been established and improved flexibility considerably. Thank you!

Loved it! When the squatting section became challenging I reminde äd myself that two years ago I was not able to squat that deep at alone let alone move my knees without toppling over or holding for more than ten seconds 😬 #progress
