How heavy is your kettelebell? And what would be weight progression for beginners? And thank you for your unique workours, great strength and pialtes combinations 👏
Hi Elena! Thanks so much for your kind words. My kettlebells come in various weights, so it depends on what you're looking for—anything from 8 to 24 kg. For beginners, I’d suggest starting with something lighter, like 8 or 12 kg, and gradually increasing as you get stronger. Glad you’re enjoying the workouts—haha, I love mixing strength and Pilates too! Keep up the great work!
Great short but so strong workout!Happy to having compose those exercises on my own some times that I don't have enough time!Thank you!!
Hi Athina! I'm so glad you enjoyed the workout—short but mighty, just like you! Love hearing that you can mix and match exercises whenever time's tight. Keep up the awesome work and thanks a bunch for sharing your enthusiasm! 😊💪
