Chose videos by length, energy level or body part focus. I believe that training must be practiced daily, therefore prescribing 6 workouts per week, all ranging in length between 15-30 min.

I’m loving it. I have done hit sessions previously and am really enjoying the variety. My teeny tiny core muscles are now finding themselves! I feel like I’m building a good foundation for returning to a fitter me.

I'm very new to SheMoves, I only trained to it a couple of times so far. But I'm very positive, I think this will add to my training 👍👍👍 Some exercises are a bit complicated, especially when done in a series of moves. But at the same time I enjoy it, I see it as a challenge. I will definitely keep on following SheMoves 👌🌸

So far, I've really enjoyed it, but I also find it a little bit difficult. It's a very challenging workout because it combines a lot of mobility, strength, and balance. I wasn't used to doing something like this, as I mostly worked with weights and typical workouts before. It's very well guided, and one thing I love is that they teach you how to breathe. I also would like to see more variations of exercises for beginners.
