Full Body Strength & Conditioning #104
Get Strong in 15 helps you build the kind of strength you actually use everyday-carrying groceries, lifting your kids, moving with ease, and feeling solid in your own body. Just 15 minutes everyday, all it takes.
Equipment used: a box/chair, a dumbbell or alternative to it, a pull up bar
Short but effective, loved it !
Hi Laure! Thanks so much for your kind words. I’m thrilled to hear you loved the workout — short but effective, just how I like it too! 😊
This was great! I almost skipped this though the equipment says I needed a box/chair and pull bar which I don't have! Just thought I'd point that out in case others are missing out due to misunderstanding the equipment!
Thanks for pointing that out, Rebecca! Glad you enjoyed it. Sometimes we get creative with what we have at home, right? Appreciate the heads-up for others!
My first ever She Moves class in the club, so glad to be here! Thank you! I’ve begun my journey back to strength after a long period of rest and recovery from health crisis
Hi Tiffany! So glad you’re here with us — your strength journey is going to be amazing. Would love to hear about your experience by now!
