I always love doing your Feel good mobility sessions! I have a question about the cobra position - I’m not mobile enough to be leaning on the hands with straightened arms and torso touching the floor. Which would you say is to prefer as alternative? Leaning on the elbows instead, or keeping the arms straightened, but not touching the floor with my torso?

Hi Malin! Both of the variations you mentioned are good, so just go with whichever one feels best for your body

Just what I needed today 🩵 the “spaghetti legs” move was deceptively difficult on my weaker side. Can definitely feel less of a body mind connection there. I would love to do more exercises like this to get better connection with mind to limbs and toes!
