Nice one to really slow down in movements. Do you have any tips for weak shoulders? Mine always hurt when doing lifting-up or supporting while doing floor work.

Hello Ilona! Yes! Whenever you are on the side, engage your shoulder blades , don't let your side fall. This will significantly help your shoulder. But also, it's conditioning issue. Try to make these exercises more often to get comfortable doing them.
