First workout back after a long time off with a prolapsed lumbar disc. Mixed this with my physio exercises when things were too challenging for me right now which worked well. I loved being back with you by my side x

Great workout! The middle section was quite challenging for me but I' ll save it for the future after I have gone through the easier core workouts first.
