So, this workout was set in Beast Mode 🤣 and I modified a lot. I still got very sweaty. I will be coming back to it because it’s short and I have ways to improve.

If you need to modify anything, absolutely go for it, it's very important to listen to and put your body first. So happy to hear you'll be coming back to it!
