Just short enough! Haven’t done a HIIT in a while and it showed. Great burst of energy!

Getting back into it can be a bit challenging, but it's definitely worth it!

While hiit is not my fave, I’ve really been following your lead to feel energized and push myself to see how much I can do. And I was happily surprised that I felt really good doing the jumps during the burpees! And that made me feel great!
