Lisa Burgess Sometimes I feel like a short workout like this isn’t effective, but this packed a lot of strong moves in it! And it was perfect cause I was strapped for time today. I probably wouldn’t have been able to work out at all if I insisted that only a 30+ min workout would do, thank you for always giving us options Maryna!
